The C4IS perspective

Good intentions.
Workable solutions.

Disability inclusion · Public health
Programme quality · Organisational learning

Inclusion needs to be reflected in the decisions an organisation makes every day: whose voices shape a programme, how resources are allocated and how success is measured.

Center for Inclusive Solutions is an independent consultancy based in the Netherlands. We bring together public-health knowledge, international development experience and practical NGO leadership to help partners make those decisions well.

Our work connects strategy with delivery, with a focus on participation, accessibility and accountability.

Our expertise

The support you need.
The clarity to move forward.

Commission a focused review, a practical training programme or support throughout an assignment. We shape the work around your context and the decisions you need to make.

01Disability inclusion & accessible programmes

Identify barriers to participation and build disability inclusion into programme design, service delivery and community engagement, working with organisations of persons with disabilities.

  • Programme inclusion reviews and action plans
  • Community-based inclusive development advisory
  • Accessible engagement and practical guidance
02Research, evaluation & learning

Turn programme information and community perspectives into evidence that supports decisions. We help organisations ask useful questions, understand results and communicate what they learn.

  • Baseline studies and programme reviews
  • Qualitative research and learning products
  • Monitoring, evaluation and accountability tools
03Programme design & technical advisory

Translate an idea into a practical programme with clear objectives, realistic activities and meaningful participation. Our perspective brings disability, gender, protection and health considerations together.

  • Theories of change and results frameworks
  • Implementation plans and proposal support
  • Inclusive health and livelihood programme advisory
04Training & capacity strengthening

Equip staff, partners and community structures with skills and tools they can use. Sessions are adapted to participants and combine discussion, practical examples and application.

  • Training needs assessments and facilitation
  • Training manuals and learning resources
  • Coaching, mentoring and partner workshops
05Organisational systems & partnerships

Make responsibilities, documentation and ways of working clearer. We support organisations and partnerships to strengthen programme operations while keeping processes practical.

  • Operational procedures and accountability systems
  • Partner capacity reviews and improvement plans
  • Localisation and international collaboration support

How we work

With you.
With the people who matter.

A clear process, shaped around your organisation. Participation is part of the method from the outset.

01

Listen & understand

Clarify the challenge, the context and the perspectives that need to be heard.

02

Assess & co-design

Identify barriers and agree priorities, methods and useful deliverables together.

03

Build & strengthen

Develop practical plans, tools and skills that support people in their work.

04

Learn & embed

Review findings and next steps, with clear ownership beyond the assignment.

Our LETSAI
partnership

Through our strategic partnership with Learning Through Skills Acquisition Initiative (LETSAI), we connect consultancy expertise with community-based implementation knowledge. C4IS and LETSAI remain separate organisations, with roles and responsibilities agreed for each assignment.
